By placing sustainability at the core of our corporate strategy, Atos has been able to build on a sound foundation and expand its activities. In 2014, Atos obtained a number of awards in recognition of our achievements in the area of corporate responsibility.
In April, Atos launched a new employee shareholding plan “Sprint 2014,” helping to strengthen the relationship between the Group and its employees.
In April, for the fourth consecutive year, Atos fulfilled the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) of application level A+ for its Corporate Responsibility Integrated Report.
In May, Atos won the Forrester Groundswell Award for Excellence in Social Collaboration for its Zero email program in the Business-To-Employee: Employee Collaboration category.
In June, for the fifth year running Atos partnered with the think tank Planet Workshops, for the Global Conference, “Time to make a choice”.
In August, Atos achieved Gold recognition level based on its EcoVadis CSR rating (70/100).
In September, for the third year in a row, Atos was selected as an index component of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI).
In September, for the third year running, employees from all over the world came together for the Wellbeing@work week to participate in local activities where they could learn new skills or benefit from information related to wellbeing topics such as collaboration, sustainability, recognition. This edition provided a special opportunity to welcome colleagues from Bull and introduce them to the innovative working tools at Atos.
In October, for the second consecutive year, Atos was listed on the A List of the CDP Climate Performance Leadership Index 2014, recognized as a global leader within the IT sector.
In October, Atos held its Global Stakeholders Meeting where we presented our progress on our Corporate Responsibility strategy and discussed our vision for the future with the presence of external personalities and the Atos’ Scientific Community members.
In November, Atos the first IT company to obtain the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) approval for processing personal data on behalf of its clients and for itself, recognizing the strength of its global data protection policies and measures.

G4 Comprehensive level for its 2014 Corporate Responsibility Integrated Report
Atos received the highest recognition level “Comprehensive” by the Global Reporting Initiative, requiring entire management disclosure on sustainability performance standards and assurance by an external third party.
Atos entered the Dow Jones Sustainability Index World and the Carbon Disclosure Project.
