Atos wins “Job creator” award in Poland for the second year running

Warsaw, 3rd July 2015 - Atos wins “Job creator” award in Poland for the second year running

Polish Social Policy and Labour Minister presented Atos with the Job Creator Award for the large trade and service enterprises category. The winners are judged both on the number as well as the quality of new jobs created.

Atos has been operating in Poland since 2000 in seven cities: Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Cracow, Lodz, Torun, Warsaw and Wroclaw and employs over 4,000 people.

„Both this and last year’s success in the “Job Creator” contest is the result of the company’s dynamic growth, mainly in Bydgoszcz and Wroclaw. The employment growth is accompanied by the creation of high quality new jobs. We provide our employees with training and benefits; support remote working and provide after-work activities. We believe that our employees’ satisfaction supports their development and is mirrored in the quality of services we provide to our customers,” explained Maciej Ruszkiewicz, Head of Managed Services Atos Poland Global Delivery Center.

„We believe that Atos is an organization that attracts thousands of young people from right across Poland who are not necessarily IT specialists/experts. Thanks to the transparent training path we help them acquire the IT knowledge and skills,” – said Kinga Bloch, HR Director Atos Poland Global Delivery Center.
