We take fresh engineers from top notch institutes of the country including NITs and induct them through a program called “DEBUT” in Atos India. They are given an extensive training of 3 months which is a mix of both personality development and the technology specific training. This rigorous knowledge exchange helps them in keeping themselves ready for the upcoming challenges at the work place. MLDP (Management Leadership Development Program)
We have a specially designed and programmed leadership development program for the future leaders of Atos India. The program aims at long term development of self and people working with you, effective change management approaches. The program encourages future leaders to share ideas and experiences and accordingly decide the action plan for self as well as the organization.
The Atos University is a virtual learning centre that brings together all our training and development resources in one place. It covers a broad spectrum of topics, including specialized areas on leadership, commercial and functional education and development opportunities. As a global resources centre, it offers you advice, helps you plan next steps and enables you to find the courses and training programs you need. At the Atos University, you take responsibility for your own development with support from line managers and others.
Our GOLD program is an integrated work-based program that aims to create the next generation of leaders within our business. This prestigious program brings together people that show the highest potential. The GOLD program develops leaders in change management. As a participant, you'll be expected to complete a real change project. The program includes a number of development paths including international networking, mentoring, and business development projects. The Gold program comprises three phases, centered around the progressive development of leadership capabilities.
The Relay program provides an international development opportunity to identified ‘talents’ within the context of existing business needs and it shall be aligned the Individual Development Plan of the employee.

The Atos MyLearning portal provides all our Atos employees with direct access to global learning opportunities. Via the user-friendly MyLearning portal, employees have access to a catalogue of training programs, can book a course, request management approval (if required), and create and track their individual development plan. Managers have access to the development plans of their team in order to offer support and advice. The MyLearning portal provides a single way of working across the global Group.
Atos has a comprehensive eLearning program that has succeeded in maximizing the accessibility of training for employees, giving everyone the opportunity to excel within our community. Every employee has free access, with no management approval required, to a range of technical and IT courses, as well as business and management skills training. Courses can be taken online or downloaded. Courses are supported by qualified mentors and reference materials available 24/7
