Lateral Recruitment
People eligible for lateral recruitment are the ones who are already having at least 3 years of work experience and currently associated with some organization in India or abroad.


Eligibility criteria is as follows:


Mandatory Skills required for the applicant:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Good team player
  • High Learnability

Qualification
Bachelors degree holder in engineering.
B.Sc in computers and MCA can also apply.

 

Fresher's Recruitment

Fresher's Recruitment in Atos India happens at 2 levels:
1. Engineering & Non Engineering
2. B-School / Management

 

Engineering & Non Engineering
Atos India hires fresh Graduates / Postgraduates with Engineering and Non Engineering background from top notch institutes like the NITs and some well-established private institutes across India.

The selection procedure is a very scientifically designed one which helps in getting the best fit for the organization.

 

B-School / Management
Atos India visits some top B-schools like some IIMs, ISB and others every year to get the crème’ de la crème of the country. Unlike other organizations, B-school graduates are recruited by Atos India to build a leadership pipeline who have a different horizon of growth within the organization and who can always keep the enthusiasm of the organization growing by their ideas and innovation.

 

Pre Requisites

  • Should be Flexible to work from any city in India .
  • Should be Flexible to work in 24*7  work environment/ Skill / Technology / any type of project ( support/ development)
  • Excellent team player with good analytical skills.
  • Fluent / Excellent written and verbal communication.
